I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Victor during my visit to Target, and I must say, his exceptional service truly stood out. Victor's commitment to customer satisfaction and his positive attitude made my shopping experience remarkable. From the moment I entered the store, Victor greeted me with a warm smile and offered assistance, demonstrating a genuine willingness to help. What impressed me most about Victor was his unparalleled dedication to going above and beyond. I went in the store to sort out a problem. I bought a backpack and was overcharged. So I simply went on to the service desk to get my money back. I had the receipt and the tag from the bag. First the employee tells me 'I wouldn't know if you just cut a tag from our existing bags' Then she said she needed to match the item to code. Great. I went again and showed her that the code was matching and then she goes 'I'll have to check the bag itself, please bring the bag' I'm like bro, you literally accused me of being so weird that id cut up a tag from store and also make up a receipt to get refund?! I can't believe that Target employs people who do this to customers who are genuinely honest and just wanted her hard earned money back. Never going to buy anything from this store. Thanks to that one person.

Target procurement team and Target manager in Australia should be sacked from their jobs if they want Target to remain & be competitive in the Market. If I can find better range and prices in both Kmart & Big W which improved over the last 3 years, especially in the range they are offering and their organised and tidy stores. Every visit to Target in the 3 years has been a disappointment whether it is range of items or the prices. They sell fila pants and, tracksuits and boots which is absolute rubbish. I wouldn't wear polyester on my skin, I prefer cotton comfy items. Target men's section today was a mess, items very hard to find, unorganised. I love cotton soft sleeping pants that has elastic ankles but they don't have that in Target, only open ankles. Sleepwear in kmart has a back pocket, never at Target. I think Target US has better range than here. If you are a manager at Target or a decision maker and reading this review, I advise you to visit Rodd and Gunn and make similar Long & short sleeve t shirts and polo shirt with exactly their sizing. Go & make make a visit to any AEON department store in Malaysia and have a look at their amazing product quality and range. Jeans sold at Target are over 50 bucks each & they are not soft. Your product range simply put me off. I wouldn't consider going there again.

It was my worst experience of click and collect ever. I bought 2 items from target website and although shipping was free I selected click and collect and the store that had the items, because I NEEDED those items by the next day. It was WRITTEN in checkout page that I could collect items by 6:30pm that day, but after I drove there I found out that time frame is not correct and my order is not ready! I waited there for 2 more hours and it didn't get ready. It definitely was my last purchase from target. So unsatisfied! Don't trust the time site gives you. If I knew that I would buy something similar from other stores. They wasted 4 hours of my time today and I need to go there again when it gets ready! Still don't know why their site told me that it will be collectable by 6:30!

Suburb of Sydney, buzzing with a large Asian food offering. Has a typical Westfield Shopping Centre and an older independent, more asiatic shopping centre for groceries plus some other services. Burwood road is the main road with a variety of shops, restaurants and services. Great large park, with tennis courts, an open air stage, public toilets. Busy in the early evenings with many people walking and exercising.
